RESERVE A FACILITY

The Village of Pinehurst has several facilities available for reservation:

Village Hall Rooms - Located at 395 Magnolia Road, the Village Hall has conference rooms and the Assembly Hall available for use. Rental fees apply to private individuals and groups, as well as non-profit groups whose principal office is located outside of the Village of Pinehurst. To request a reservation, simply complete the Application and send to Facility Reservations, 395 Magnolia Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374

Fair Barn - Located at 200 Beulah Hill Road South, the Fair Barn is an excellent choice for weddings, receptions, and parties.  It can accomdate up to 800 people and our Fair Barn Coordinator is ready to assist you with your event planning. To request a reservation date, please call the Fair Barn at 910-295-0166.

Cannon Park Shelter - Located at 90 Woods Road, the Cannon Park Shelter is a good spot to hold a family reunion or a birthday party. To request a reservation date, please complete the Application and send to Facility Reservations, 395 Magnolia Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374

Rassie Wicker Hockey Rink - Located at 10 Wicker Drive, the in-line hockey rink at Rassie Wicker Park is available for rent if you want to have a birthday party or just get a little extra practice time in. To request a reservation, complete the Application  and send to the Parks and Receation Department, 395 Magnolia Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374.
