HELP DESK

If you live or work in Pinehurst or are just visiting our Village, and you have a request, need an issue resolved, or would like to voice a concern, you can use the Help Desk System to notify us of the problem or concern.  The request is routed to the appropriate Village department for action.

To utilize the Village Help Desk, you must first Register and provide the Village with your user information.  Doing this allows you to visit the site and immediately check on the status of any requests you have in the system.  It also allows the Village to notify you electronically of the status of your request.
